CrankScan 100 helps to control the quality of small size crankshafts
CrankScan 100 is a practical solution to a convenient and repeatable Barkhausen Noise inspection with a Rollscan system including the Rollscan and ViewScan. It suits best for small size, e.g. passenger car or similar crankshafts. Crankshaft to be inspected is fixed between the centers and rotated by a motor with an adjustable speed. Barkhausen Noise sensors for sidewall, radius and OD surfaces - all three types, two or just one type - are integrated in the stand. The sensors are easy to move from a surface to another one on the sensor carrier. When measuring, choose the correct sensor and lower it manually on the surface to be measured and start the rotation. Automatic or manual trigger starts collection of BN data to the ViewScan, with which you can see the results while measuring and save and print the results when done. CrankScan 100 stand use can be expanded to measuring also other types or surfaces of parts with additional and exchangeable sensors and sensor carriers. |
